On the flip side, a freelancer often does not have the breadth of experience and expertise that our team brings to your project across strategy and creative.

Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own Trello board. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to rock. Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself.

After you get set up on Trello, our first action item will be to schedule a 45-minute kickoff call to lay the groundwork, align on initial priorities, and receive any assets that will help us immerse ourselves in your business.

Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. Larger requests are typically broken down into subtasks to ensure quick and efficient progress.

We understand there may be times when you won't have enough work to fill up an entire month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used.

We are flexible in how you request work, as long as the primary request is submitted via your Trello board. But, you can also link other assets in Trello such as Google docs, brief Loom videos, screenshots, etc.

Larger requests are broken down on Forge's end. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

While we would love to be able to take on every initiative, there are some activities that would require a separate scope of work and investment, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Multi-day workshops, Lightning Rounds, or sprints
• In-person workshops
• Primary research such as customer interviews, surveys, focus groups, or ethnographic research that require recruitment, incentives, and specialized analysis
• Production-level creative assets such as professional video production, extensive photoshoots, animations, 3D modeling, complex packaging, or extensive print production (magazines, books, etc)
• Media buying and placement that involve negotiating and purchasing advertising space or managing paid media campaigns
• Technology builds such as website development, app creation, or custom software solutions
• Extended on-site engagements that require travel and multi-day presence at client locations
• Large-scale market analysis that requires substantial data acquisition and processing
• Crisis management that includes all-hands emergency response requiring immediate, intensive work that displaces other client commitments

Have questions about specific initiatives or deliverables? Just ask! We do our best to clearly communicate our capabilities and areas of expertise, requirements and timelines, and recommendations for the optimal ways to approach any inititiative that will truly contribute to your success.

We won't rest until you are happy. So, while we typically finish work within three rounds of revisions (where applicable), we'll keep working until you're 100% satisfied. Note that if revisions do need to extend beyond three rounds, the timeline may be extended.

We do not issue refunds, but we are committed to providing you with the highest quality work and results, and will work with you until you are satisfied.

Of course! While we would love to build a long term partnership with you, we understand you may need strategic/creative support for a specific amount of time, whether that's one month, one year, or beyond. When you've stopped your subscription, always feel free to return when you have additional strategy/creative needs.
